  • All major forms of payment are accepted.

HST is applied to the remaining balance at the time of your appointment. A courtesy adjustment is offered for cash payments.

  • The waitlist allows me to see which date(s) you’re interested in booking, so I can prioritize you if a spot opens. If your desired date is full, you can join the waitlist by finding it in the service list on the Booking Page and completing the intake form, including any alternative dates or times that work for you.

Should a spot become available, I will reach out via your preferred contact method to secure your appointment.

Each client may have only one active waitlist request at a time, so please include all preferred alternatives in that single request. Once the requested date or time has passed, you are welcome to submit a new waitlist request for a future date.

YOUR APPOINTMENT EXPERIENCE

  • When you arrive, please enter the building and head up the third floor, and remove your shoes. Clean slippers are provided if you’d prefer to wear them. If I’m finishing a prior appointment, you’re welcome to wait comfortably in the waiting area until I’m ready.

Each appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your brow goals. A patch test will be conducted if needed, after which your personalized, collaborative service will begin. I check in with you every step of the way to ensure you approve the customized brow mapping and, if applicable, the stain intensity.

    • Avoid tweezing, waxing, threading, or trimming your brows beforehand to allow full shaping.

    • Discontinue skin-care actives (retinol, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C, etc.) on the brow/forehead area for 1 week prior.

    • Complete any hair washing or facial treatments before your appointment.

    • Arrive makeup-free, or bring products to touch up if needed. Brows will be cleansed before the service.

    • Keep skin hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.

  • Please refer to the Service Page, where each service is outlined in detail to help you choose the best service for your brows. If you have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to Get In Touch for personalized guidance.

Alternatively, if you prefer to speak face-to-face, I encourage you to book the complimentary Consultation and Patch Test service for a more in-depth conversation.

BROW SERVICES EXPLAINED

  • Brow lamination is a perm for your brows. It softens and lifts the hairs, creating a fuller, more defined shape. When combined with brow mapping, waxing and, if desired, a hybrid stain, it can further enhance your natural shape and correct minor asymmetry.

The results are semi-permanent, lasting 4–6 weeks depending on aftercare and your hair growth cycle, after which your brows return to their natural state.

  • A Hybrid Stain is a premium brow tint that combines the benefits of traditional tint and henna. It stains both the skin and brow hairs, creating a fuller, more defined look tailored to your features.

The custom-mixed dye lasts up to 7 days on the skin and 4–6 weeks on the brow hairs, depending on stain intensity, skin type and lifestyle.

Hybrid Stains are perfect for clients seeking a longer-lasting, polished brow look without permanent makeup, and can be customized for either a natural or bold finish.

NOTE: the more bold, the longer lasting it will be.

  • A Baby Stain is designed for clients with naturally dense brows who only require a targeted tint in minor sparse areas. Using a custom-mixed stain, select areas of the brow are dyed to enhance shape and balance without adding depth throughout the entire brow.

This service is not intended to create a lighter or more natural version of a full stain, and is not suitable for sparse brows or those lacking fullness or definition, as full coverage would be required to achieve balanced results.

  • Through brow mapping, a precise technique to design the most flattering shape for your unique features, I refine your natural brows and address unevenness or asymmetry, creating a polished, harmonious look.

While perfect symmetry cannot be achieved due to natural differences in facial structure and hair growth patterns, this process focuses on achieving the most balanced shape possible, ensuring a noticeable improvement and a beautifully harmonious result.

Please ensure your brows are fully grown out to ensure full flexibility in shaping.

  • You may absolutely choose to skip waxing. I can tweeze your brows to accommodate sensitivity, or leave them as is if you prefer.

At this time, threading is not provided. I use a very gentle hard wax that grips the hairs without sticking to the skin, reducing irritation and redness. This method is ideal for sensitive areas and clients prone to redness, offering a less painful and more efficient hair removal experience.

The price of the service remains the same, as hair removal is included at no extra cost.

AFTERCARE, SAFETY & ELIGIBILITY

  • Brow Lamination: Keep brows dry from sweat, steam or moisture for 24 hours. After this period, apply the provided nourishing conditioner nightly on damp brows for at least 2 weeks. Brush daily to maintain shape, and moisturize the surrounding area if dry or flaky. Add to morning routine if necessary. If you’ve received a Stain along with your Lamination, follow the additional directions below:

Hybrid Stain: Keep brows dry from sweat, steam or moisture for 24–48 hours. After this period, you may wet them, however, to ensure longer lasting results, it’s advised you avoid:

    • Directly lathering brows with cleanser

    • Using oil or alcohol-based products around the brows.

  • To maintain your results, I recommend booking your Hybrid Stain or Wax services every 3-5 weeks. When booked within 4 weeks of your last appointment, these can be booked as a Maintenance Service, which is offered at a maintenance rate.

Brow lamination appointments must be spaced 7-8 weeks apart to allow the brow hairs to fully return to their natural state. This timing protects the health and integrity of your brow hairs and ensures consistent, long-term results.

Maintenance services may also be booked between laminations to maintain shape and colour.

  • You may be ineligible if any of the following apply:

    • Pregnant or breastfeeding.

    • Extremely sparse brows hairs.

    • Recent microblading or ombré powder brows (must be fully healed).

    • Eczema, sunburn, or psoriasis.

    • Alopecia, conjunctivitis, or recent eye surgery.

    • Currently taking blood thinners, Accutane or other acne medication.

    • Extremely sensitive skin, or previous allergic reaction to perming solution.

NOTE: Skincare actives (retinol, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C, etc.) must be stopped on forehead and brow area 1 week prior to your appointment.

  • If you experience a reaction following your appointment, please contact a doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible. Please also keep me informed so that I may document the information in your file for my records.
