BOOKING POLICIES

deposit:

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remainder of the service cost is due at the time of your appointment with a 13% HST charge added.

All forms of payment are accepted. If cash payment is chosen,  a courtesy discount will be applied.

payment:

A strict 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to a different service based on the remaining time, or rescheduled if the full service can no longer be completed.

If rescheduling is required due to a late arrival, a one-time courtesy exception will be applied and your deposit will be carried over.

Any subsequent late arrival that requires rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

late arrivals:

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice will have their deposit carried over to their rescheduled appointment or refunded.

A one-time exception is offered for the first cancellation and rescheduling without appropriate notice, during which the deposit will be carried over.

Any subsequent cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a lost deposit.

A single guest is permitted, and prior notice would be much appreciated.

This one would hurt the most. Clients who don’t show up for their appointment without prior or appropriately timed notice will lose their deposit and will be asked to pre-pay in full for their future appointment.

Any subsequent no-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments.
